The holiday home has a private sauna and a terrace with barbecue - amongst others. You can also use bicycles and sleighs free of charge. You are in the Oberharz here, a very interesting region both in summer and in winter. In winter you can choose from the ski areas of Braunlage, Wurmberg and Hohegeiß. These ski areas are suitable for beginners and experienced skiers alike and have a maximum altitude of approx. . 1000 m. There are excellent possibilities for langlaufers in the region too. In summer you can visit the nature area Oberharz, the Brocken (highest mountain of the Harz) or the UNESCO-cities Quedlinburg and Goslar. Sporty types can walk, mountainbike, toboggan, tennis etc.. here to their heart's content.

On the first floor you will find the south facing terrace next to the open kitchen with island and American refrigerator. In the central room there is a long dining table, a charming TV nook and the bar with real tap ("Perfect Draft"). You have access from here to the second (covered) terrace, with jacuzzi with a view of the surrounding fields. On the ground floor there are 3 colourful bedrooms, as well as the sauna. The cherry on top is certainly the recreation room, which can serve as a home cinema thanks to its comfortable stools, a large projection screen with DVD player and video console. It can also serve as a meeting room for 12 people, so companies can combine work and play. If that wasn't enough, the homeowner invites you to enjoy the covered private swimming pool across the street at the neighbours'. You are offered one free entry per booking (on Saturday from 11 to 12), other times can be organized on site, based on the pool's availability.

Haus Feilgrub is located between the popular ski villages of Westendorf and Brixen im Thale, in the midst of the Brixental. This authentic detached house is in a lovely location and very sunny. Your holiday home consists of the entire first floor. The home is simply and comfortably furnished. The spacious bedroom is wonderfully light and charming, the kitchen/diner with dining nook, seating area and shower cabin are primarily practically furnished. On the front there is a spacious southwest facing balcony where you can enjoy the beautiful view and the sun. The trailheads are right on the doorstep. The owner loves dogs, she has a few herself and your four footed friend is very welcome.

Indeed, Roussillon is a small village perched on a promontory and surrounded by splendid, ochre coloured cliffs. These richly coloured cliffs you see in the photos are hardly 100 metres from the house. You can visit the many other Most Beautiful Villages in France that abound in this region: Venasques, Gordes, Ménèrbes, Lourmarin, Ansouis, etc. Few houses in the surrounding area have such a pretty little terrace in the shade of a grape vine. The holiday house, which dates from the 18th century, has recently been renovated by the owner using original materials. The interior style remains local but well-kept. For all that, the house is very functional and has a well-equipped kitchen. There are 2 bedrooms and a shower room on the upper floors. In addition, the small second floor terrace offers a magnificent view of the surrounding area. There is no problem parking since it is directly accessible (50 m) and free for tenants. This really is a holiday house not to be missed.
